During the AIMHIRE® Workshop, you can expect to develop real-world profiles for positions within your own business. You will also utilize the most effective recruitment strategies and learn how to make better hiring decisions based on objective data.
The AIMHIRE® Workshop is a highly interactive workshop that provides the participants with a framework within which to make high quality hiring decisions. The AIMHIRE® Process includes integrated consulting services and the training needed to select "SuperStar" Employees.Everyone involved in the Employee Selection Process should be involved in this workshop. The AIMHIRE® program works at all levels of employee selection.
AIMHIRE Advanced Skills Workshop
This is a follow-up workshop where you will learn to master your skills at hiring SuperStars. The tools and techniques that you learned in the initial workshop are reinforced and you get to practice with actual situations.
Specific focus is on improving your ability to create profiles, generate goal-directed questions and to manage the employee interivew. During the workshop, suggestions for improvement are suggested. You will also get to critique other participants. You will learn how to probe for details and to practice dealing with difficult interview situations.
The initial EMPLOYEE SELECTION WORKSHOP is a pre-requisite to attending this Advanced Skills Workshop. This workshop ensures that the AIMHIRE® process and techniques are successfully implemented and become standard operational procedure within your company.
